Everything was great! Amazing food and our server Gaby (hope I spelled it right) was very friendly. She was very energetic and always made sure everything was going good. Waited less than 10 minutes for 2 on a Friday night. Good serving sizes. Worth every penny.

Omg im so upset my son did a pick up order we got the Family Sirloin 3 of them were so Over cook and dry the other one was really Raw and we did not get the fixings for the mashed potatoes we did not Get the rolls either This really upsets me because we Used to go eat here like twice a week before this Virus stared and we love the food Never had a problem with the food. Until Today Will never order to take out big Mistake I will never Do another pick up order again and my chicken fried chicken was so dry and hard on the ages also😢😢

We have been coming to roadhouse on saturdays before this pandemic today my husband and son ordered 3 meals and baked potato when they brought the order home we had all our meals and potato and lots of your special butter but no rolls. I know this isn’t a big deal to you but it was for us. Those rolls are what got us started coming back to the roadhouse really disappointed dont know if we will be back this was Mother’s Day and they chose roadhouse because they knew it was my favorite

Texas Roadhouse locations almost always give you a pretty good steak & a pretty good all around experience. They never blow you away with a 5 star experience & they almost never drop the ball & give you a 1 or 2 star. 3 to 4 stars (OR 3.5) is where they belong. So I'm cool with that. I'll be back. Peace-

Food was great. Margaritas were great. We had the best waiter in Dallas County. Oscar took care of all our needs and wants. If there was such a thing as Superwaiter, he would be the one.

I had a 6 oz sirloin steak and some ribs. The steak was pretty good, properly cooked with very little gristle. The ribs were fine, however I remember them being a little more tender and soft a few years back, it felt a bit dry but overall still pretty. As for the sides I go seasoned rice which has always been really good, flavorful seasoning. I also got mashed potatoes covered with bacon and cheese. The mashed potatoes were brought a little late, so the cheese had already became solid. Aside from that the rolls are always really good, especially with the sweetened butter.

If this was in my younger years I would have rated 2 maybe 3 stars. Not impressive at all. Today maybe it's a manager change or the staff they have. We were quoted over an hour and half wait with a party of 13. While this restaurant layout is terrible we were accommodated well. With more of a child in one bench section and adults in another which worked surprisingly well besides a cracked phone ( Grand mother fault for not having a case and giving to a child ) . Appetizers were great . My main compliant was with the saltiness of the brown gravy on my chicken fried steak which I got ridiculed by my family for ordering with brown gravy. Seriously? Brown gravy is the best gravy. Conversation was good. Waiter was good. The busers were quick and efficient being a Saturday evening. The people doing seating arrangements were kinda rude when asking about our table after a length of time . I am sure they deal with a lot of people although it could have came off with less attitude.

Me and my family of 9 went to eat (Sat in seperate booths) an had the WORST experience with food.. 4 of us ordered the same steak cooked MEDIUM an got them well done.my cousin sent hers back because it was way to tough..after everybody else was done she still didn't have her food back.after asking for a manager and she FINALLY came she took 20 dollars off our $127. Check. The other ticket was seperate and nothing.. But that dont matter after coming home Now 5 of us that all had steak are SICK..NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO BACK..and before we asked for a manger. We never did even see one

Food was great. We were seated quickly even though they were very busy. Service started out good however we were then rushed shortly after receiving our food. Wanted to bring boxes and check before we were halfway through our meal and never even offered dessert. And temperature was very cool.

EXTREMELY BUSY!!! This is not a place to come for an intimate dinner. This is for the fun and all out experience with a group. Steakhouse has great food and awesome selections. I love it. Not every week tho. Happy eating!!!!

I think my experience may have been better dining in as I could have corrected the issue while there but I ordered to go ,The first problem I noticed was a salad was missing from my order . I asked for both steaks to be cooked well done when I got home and started eating both steaks were pink. Overall I didn't enjoy my experience with take out

Love coming here! Always my go-to for a delicious steak! Bread is awesome with the cinnamon butter! Delicious cheese fries and LOVE their salads! Wish I had one closer to home but always worth the drive. Must eat here if you haven't!

My favorite quick steak place without having to dress up. My husband and I love the green beans. Our regular entree is the bone -in rib eye. We eat our steaks well done and our steak is still juicy and full of flavor and even good next day(leftovers)..

This was my 11 year old twin grandsons birthday party and we were coming from 45 minutes away so we called ahead 3 separate times and was told that we're on the list. We have 11 people to seat and they were notified each time we called. We get there and they tell us we are not on the list and it's going to be 2 hours before we're seated. We left and ate at IHOP who seated us right away.

We love this location. Very friendly, pretty fast service even when busy, especially compared to other roadhouse locations. Which is why we keep coming back to this location even though there's another the same distance away. Great great great food. Best bread too! And we even buy the steak sauce to take home each time we run out of it.

Always great service, even when picking up to-go order. Food is really good. This was the first time I got the fried catfish... it wasn't as good as all the other dishes. But that was just my opinion. Everything else was great.

Jam-packed like a Trump rally, but all you can eat peanuts in the shell hold off hunger while you wait! A Cactus Blossom battered onion with one of the best dipping sauces I've had and a Combo Appetizer start things off right. All the steaks looked mouth-watering (you can make your choice from the storage case up front), but the 10 oz Prime Rib I ordered was a tender, perfectly cooked plate and tummy filling masterpiece. All this with nice staff and great service, too!

I ordered my steak medium And I got it well done. Waitress did offer to replace it but we had already waited 1.5 hours to be seated, I just didn't want to wait for another steak. I ended up taking it home and husband ate it the next day. We waited a long time for refills and bread. Very disappointing bc this is one of the better locations

Warning This is a rant however a reasonable rant me and my family were hungry and decided hey let's go to Texas Roadhouse as we get there we see the huge line which makes since due to it being right after Christmas which makes sense so we are already fully aware and understand that it will be an hour to hour half wait so we go in and make a reservation and we wait after the wait we receive terrible customer service from our waitress and server and at first we didn't let it ruin our night however after an hour of rude responses from our unprofessional waitress it did effect our food and night in general for example I asked for a medium well stake however what I receive is a very well done stake and while I would usually excuse that as lack of communication she came in pretty close to hear and we made ourselves pretty clear I just don't understand
